1. Can I reserve a table by the window? We never guarantee window tables. They are seated first come first serve. We take requests, and we try our best.
2. Do I need to make a reservation? Yes, we encourage reservations to insure we have a table for you upon arrival.
3. How long will my table be held for if I’m running late? We will always seat you if we can, but on busy nights we can hold the table for 15 minutes until we try to rebook.
4. Does making a reservation far in advance guarantee me a specific table? No, we will seat at the best available table when you arrive.
5. Do you have parking? Yes, we have a valet service that’s $6. There’s a parking garage across the street from our building that’s $5. There’s also street parking if you can find a spot.
6. Can I bring balloons? Unfortunately, we don’t allow balloons. They obstruct the view.
7. Who should be included in my reservation? Everyone who needs a seat including children and babies.
8. Are we wheelchair accessible? Yes, please let us know in advance because some of our tables require going up steps.
9. Do you offer a children’s menu? We have several options available for children such as spaghetti with a meatball or a pizza with a choice of toppings.
10. How long do I have the table for? 1-2 guests have 1.5 hours. 4 guests have 2 hours. 5+ guests have 2.5 hours.
11. Can we put flowers on the table? Yes, but we don’t provide flowers. You are welcome to have flowers delivered.
12. How large can my table be? On Friday’s and Saturday’s the maximum number of guests we can seat at one table is 12. We can often accommodate larger groups on weekdays.
13. What is the dress code? Better casual to business. We don’t require jackets or ties for gentlemen. Please look nice and dress appropriately.
14. Do you have private party spaces? Yes, we have several options for your private or semi-private event. Please call the restaurant or email Cristie at primavistaparty89@gmail.com
15. Do you have a bar? Yes, the bar is seated first come first serve.
16. Do you allow pets? We do not allow pets unless they are licensed service animals.
